Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs the playbook was a creator program feeding a paid ad engine, with one number to protect. Here the category is weightlifting gear. I have not run this category. I would learn belts, straps and fit from your team and your lifters before we scale anything.

Why now

  • 20,000+

5-star reviews already on the site

The site carries a 20,000+ 5-Star Reviews line. Creators can point to it once your team confirms where it is counted.

    Published
  • 88

Reviews on the Ribbed Tank 3-Pack

The Men's Ribbed Tank 3-Pack shows 4.1 stars from 88 reviews. That is real customer language to turn into hooks.

    Published
  • $75

A shipping line creators can say

Free Shipping On Orders $75+ works on camera while a creator shows a basket, starting with the $40.00 tank pack.

    Published
  • 100,000+

    Lifters named on the page

The page says Trusted by 100,000+ Lifters, rated 4.9/5. It sits beside a 4.1 product rating, so we confirm it before use.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One variable per test

Each creator posts 7 videos a week. We change one hook or one product per test, so a result means something, and losers are killed early.

  2. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views, target $1 (Proposed). The simulator lands at $5.74 on its Assumptions, so the work is closing that gap in the open.

  3. Base pay for the floor, bonus for the peak

Base pay from $300 to $800, caps from $600 to $1,500. Bonus at the cap or $50 flat past 100,000 views. Ceiling $15,000 a month for 10 creators.

  4. One workspace for every brief

Briefs, claims questions, drafts and reports live in one place, so a creator never guesses what Gymreapers will allow on camera.

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. NoraMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: the Men's Ribbed Tank 3-Pack in Gray, $40.00. Three videos on fit, two on the rib knit, two on a full session. One hook per video, one variable per test.

  2. Report botAppMon 9:00 AM

Weekly report posted: videos live, views, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. Two losers killed early, one hook moved into the hook library.

  3. TheoMon 11:15 AM

Can I tell people the tanks fix gym odor? My training partner says they never smell.

Only the brand's own line: "Antimicrobial finish helps reduce odor". Say it as the brand's wording, never as a promise.

  4. NoraTue 2:10 PM

Draft sent back: the Signature Oversized Tee, $50.00, appears late and the hook is slow. Open on the fit, then the price. One change, then reshoot.

Reshooting tonight, same session, new first three seconds.

  5. PriyaWed 6:40 PM

The Champions Gold Basic Tee video just passed 100,000 views, all organic. Back view, rack, one rep, turn to camera.

Flagged for the $50 flat bonus. Raw file moves to the paid folder after the claims check.

  6. Check botAppFri 10:00 AM

Weekly check: every live video compared with the claims sheet and the category rule. One video sent back, none paid a bonus while flagged.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Tank 3-Pack leg day

    Brief 01

    Tank 3-Pack leg day

“Three tanks in the pack. I wore one for a full leg day.”

One take, phone on a tripod at chest height on the gym floor. Show the fit on chest and arms, then the pack on a bench.

  2. Basic Tee fit check

    Brief 02

    Basic Tee fit check

“Plain tee, loud back. Watch it move under the bar.”

Film from behind, phone at shoulder height: rack, rep, turn to camera. Product name and $40.00 in the caption.

  3. Oversized tee try-on

    Brief 03

    Oversized tee try-on

“Oversized tee, $50.00, and I wear it to train.”

Unbox on camera, try it on, carry it into a session. Say only what the camera shows: fit, weight in hand, price.

  4. Lifting Straps pull day

    Brief 04

    Lifting Straps pull day

“Pull day. Watch my hands on the last set.”

Close on hands and bar from a side angle, one continuous set. No claims about injury or gains; show the set, name the product.

  5. Bomber back view

    Brief 05

    Bomber back view

“Crop bomber, $175.00. Back view first.”

Start on the back, turn slowly, then walk into the gym. Wear it over a tank. Price in the caption only.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Premium ribbed knit for stretch and shape retention”, “Quick-drying fabric for breathable comfort”, “Free Shipping On Orders $75+”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Loyalty Division members

The site has a Loyalty Division sign-up. I would ask your team whether members can be invited to apply. That is a question, not a plan yet.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

No affiliate or ambassador page was found on the site, so there is no existing program to inherit. We start from a clean roster.

  • One scout list per training type

Scout by the nav's own types: Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Strongman, Cross Training. Each type gets its own list.

  • Reviewers of the Ribbed Tank

People behind the 88 Ribbed Tank 3-Pack reviews already like the product. If your team can reach them, they are the warmest first invitations.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Trains on camera

Already films real sessions, not studio shots.

  2. 2Fits the product

Wears tanks, tees or belts naturally and looks at home in them.

  3. 3Clean claims record

No past posts promising health or injury results.

  4. 4Steady cadence

Can post 7 videos a week, shown by the last month of posts.

  5. 5Takes a brief

Follows one-variable briefs and reshoots a draft without argument.

Part 7 of 15

Who we want

  • Bodybuilding tank wearer

Posts pump sessions in sleeveless tops and shows the fit across chest, shoulders and arms.

Likely product: Men's Ribbed Tank 3-Pack - Gray

  • Powerlifter

Posts squat, bench and deadlift days in a stringer, with bar and lifter in one frame.

    Likely product: Championship Stringer

  • Olympic lifting coach

Films clean and snatch sessions in a tee that moves with the lift.

Likely product: Champions Gold Basic Tee

  • Strongman

Heavy pulls, hands and bar in close view, set by set.

Likely product: Gymreapers Lifting Grips - Navy

  • Women's lifter

Trains in a bra and leggings and films the full session, warm-up included.

Likely product: Olympia High Neck Bra - Ember Red

  • Streetwear lifter

Wears the oversized tee to train and out of the gym too.

    Likely product: Signature Oversized Tee

Left off, every time

Always left out: anyone who promises injury protection, health results or weight loss from gear; accounts that buy views; anyone who will not follow the claims sheet. Category rule: gear is shown, never sold as medical or injury protection.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Premium ribbed knit for stretch and shape retention”

Ribbed Tank 3-Pack videos, spoken or in the caption

  • “Quick-drying fabric for breathable comfort”

Tank and training tee videos, spoken or in the caption

  • “Antimicrobial finish helps reduce odor”

Ribbed Tank videos, always as the brand's own wording

  • “Double-sided rib texture enhances durability”

Ribbed Tank close-ups of the knit

  • “Tagless interior print for irritation-free comfort”

Ribbed Tank try-on and unboxing videos

  • “Heavyweight 100% cotton”

Tee, long sleeve and cut-off videos where the fabric is named

  • “Free Shipping On Orders $75+”

Any video that ends on a basket or the shop link

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • These belts prevent back injuries.

Health outcome. The site makes no such claim and creators must never make it.

  • Wearing the tank makes you stronger.

Performance outcome from apparel. Nothing on the site supports it.

  • Best lifting gear on the market.

    Unprovable comparison.

  • Better than other brands' tees.

Names or implies competitors. Not allowed.

  • The tanks will never smell.

Overstates the brand's own wording, which says the finish helps reduce odor.

  • Free shipping on every order.

The site's line is Free Shipping On Orders $75+, so this contradicts it.

  • Five stars from every customer.

Ratings vary across the site and the product page. Never round up.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Trusted by 100,000+ Lifters – Rated 4.9/5 from real athletes.

The product page shows 4.1 from 88 reviews. Your team confirms which rating creators may say.

  • 20,000+ 5-Star Reviews

We do not know where the count comes from. Confirm the source before a creator says it.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: a lifter new to briefs, filming the Ribbed Tank 3-Pack on a lighter load to learn our hooks.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: a steady lifter posting every week across tees, tanks and joggers with clean claims.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: a proven lifter with a loyal audience, carrying the Varsity Jacket or Hoodie launches.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, so a single big video cannot stack payouts.
  • Judged video by video: only a video that passes 100,000 views earns the $50 flat.
  • Organic views only: views from paid spend or bought views never count.
  • No bonus on any video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even past 100,000 views.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

Read it as a gap, not a forecast: $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1. To close it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views. Median, breakout and viral shares are Assumptions you can slide.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Spot

A video clears the bar in the weekly report: strong hook, clean claims, organic views only.

  2. Clear

Claims sheet and category rule are checked again, and the creator confirms in writing that it can run as an ad.

  3. Test

It runs against your current best ad with one variable changed, on a small budget you set.

  4. Scale or kill

Winners get more budget. Losers are killed early and their hook returns to the library.

From the video to the checkout

  • Tank and tee videos send to Best Sellers.
  • Belt and strap videos send to Lifting Gear.
  • Videos built around several items send to Strength Kits.
  • Launch videos for a drop send to New Releases.
  • Mention Free Shipping On Orders $75+ only when a basket is in frame.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Weightlifting gear: the rules creators follow

Belts, straps, tanks and jackets are gear, not medicine. These six rules protect the brand, the creator and the $50 bonus.

  • No injury or health promises

Belts, sleeves, straps and grips are gear. Never say they prevent injury or ease pain. The only odor line allowed is the brand's own: Antimicrobial finish helps reduce odor.

  • Show the lift as it is

No staged weights, no edited bar speed, no claim that wearing a product builds strength. Real sessions only, 7 videos a week.

  • Product facts from the sheet

Fabric, fit and price come from the claims sheet. Example: Heavyweight 100% cotton, or the Ribbed Tank 3-Pack at $40.00.

  • Disclose every partnership

Every post carries a clear paid-partnership label as the platform requires. No label, no payout and no bonus.

  • Ratings only once confirmed

One page says 4.9/5, a product page says 4.1 from 88 reviews. Creators say nothing about ratings until your team picks the line.

  • Fit and shipping in the site's words

Never promise a fit for every body. Shipping is only Free Shipping On Orders $75+. Returns are mentioned only in the site's own words.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
